How to shop with us

1. We are exclusively engaged in wholesale business, therefore you can only buy from us after registering your business company on our e-shop: www.indimex.sk

Product prices will be visible only after successful registration. The minimum purchase value is €100 excluding VAT.

2. Goods can be selected by browsing the catalogue on our website www.indimex.sk with the possibility of using the phone assistance on working days from 9:00 to 17:00 on the phone line: +421 910 439 647

3. After receiving your order, the order will be processed and a confirmation of receipt of the order will be delivered to your e-mail. We will agree on the details of the order and the expected delivery date with you in e-mail or by phone. If necessary, all further information regarding the order will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

4. Delivery of the order confirmation by the seller does not mean the conclusion of a purchase contract. After delivery of the order confirmation, the availability of the goods is verified by the seller as first. If the goods are not available, the seller will contact you by phone or e-mail and, based on mutual agreement, the seller will adjust the order. In the case of an order where you choose transportation by our contracted carrier to the delivery address you have chosen (it may differ from the billing address), the delivery price will be specified only after confirmation and final conclusion of the order. The purchase contract will be concluded only by the binding acceptance of the seller's proposal to conclude a purchase contract by the buyer based on telephone or written confirmation. After confirmation of the purchase (purchase contract) by the buyer, the order will be processed. We will then notify the buyer by phone or e-mail that the shipment has been dispatched or that it is ready for personal pick-up.

5. In the case of payment on delivery, a physical tax document with a calculation of the purchase price will be delivered to you on the day of receipt of the goods. The goods are considered to be received by the buyer at the moment when the buyer or a third party designated by him takes over all parts of the delivered shipment.
