Business Conditions

1. We are dealing exclusively with wholesales, so you can shop in our e-shop only after registering your company on our website www.indimex.sk

Prices of goods will be available only after registration, the minimum purchase price is 100 € without VAT.

2. The goods can be selected by browsing the catalog on our website www.indimex.sk with the possibility of using the help of operator from Monday to Friday (during business hours from 9 am to 5 pm) on the line: +421 910 439 647.

3. After receiving your order, the order will be processed and a confirmation of the order will be delivered to your e-mail immediately. You will be informed about the agreement on the order details and the expected delivery date in writing or by telephone. If necessary, all further information regarding your order will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

4. The confirmation of the order by the seller does not mean that the purchase contract is final. After receiving the confirmation of the order, the availability of goods is verified by the seller. In case that the goods are not available, the seller will contact you by telephone or in writing, and based on an mutual agreement, the seller will modify the order.
In case of an order, where you choose delivery with our contracted delivery company to the address of your choice, the delivery price is specified only after confirmation of the order.
The purchase contract will be closed only with the binding approval of the buyer on the basis of telephone or written confirmation. Upon the confirmation of the purchase contract by the buyer, the buyer will be notified by telephone or e-mail that the goods are ready for collection, or that they have been shipped.

5. In case of delivery, a physical invoice of the purchase will be included and delivered to you on the day of receiving the goods.
The goods are considered to be received by the buyer at the moment, when the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer takes over the ordered goods.
