TERMS AND CONDITIONS valid from August 1st, 2024

 1. INDIMEX, s.r.o. is exclusively engaged in WHOLESALE TRADING. For this reason, only trading companies or self-employed persons with one of the following types of business activity can purchase from us:

● trading in the showroom

● trading via e-shop

● ambulatory or occasional (seasonal) trading

2. A prerequisite for enabling purchases is the registration of your trading company on the website www.indimex.sk using the LOG IN / REGISTRATION "button". Wholesale prices of products excluding VAT will be visible only after accepting the completed registration. This step entitles you to make purchases via the e-shop or personaly in our showroom.

 

3. We would like to focus our attention on active customers, so we have set a maximum period of 3 months for the first purchase after successful registration as a new parameter of our Terms and Conditions. In practice, this means that after accepting the registration, our system will monitor the purchasing activity of the new business partner. If the new customer does not place the first order within 90 days of successful registration, the created account will be automatically deactivated. Therefore, we recommend that even if you prefer a personal visit to our store, you create an order via our e-shop with the PERSONAL COLLECTION delivery option before making your first purchase in our store. This step will ensure the full functionality of the customer account you created and at the same time your order will serve as proof of acceptance of the new customer registration for our staff.

4. THE MINIMUM VALUE OF THE PURCHASE OF EUR 100 excluding VAT applies identically to orders via the e-shop and also in the case of a personal visit to our store.

5. The website of the company INDIMEX, s.r.o. has the following functions:

● virtual product catalog

● "flyer" for NEWS, PROMOTIONS and SALE

● e-shop online sales

6. Goods can be selected by browsing individual product categories in our e-shop www.indimex.sk and then adding them to the virtual "SHOPPING CART".
On working days, TELEPHONE SUPPORT is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on tel. +421 910 439 647.

7. After successfully creating an order, we will send a confirmation of its receipt and subsequent processing to your e-mail. We usually inform you about the status of the equipment, final completion and shipping by e-mail. We will discuss the variable parameters of the order with you by phone, the expected delivery date, or any changes in price, packaging or design, or we will send you additional information by e-mail if necessary.

8. Sending confirmation of receipt of the order for processing does not mean the conclusion of a purchase contract. After receiving the order, we first verify the availability of the ordered goods. If a product is not available or is only available in limited quantities, we will contact you by phone or e-mail and the order will be adjusted based on mutual agreement.

At the same time, we reserve the right to adjust the price in real time, depending on the production batch, type of packaging and current shipping costs. In practice, this may mean applying a flat discount to all already ordered products in the case of a seasonal promotion or an increase in the price of the goods due to increased procurement costs. We will inform you of a significant price adjustment by phone or e-mail before the order is completed.

In the case of an order for which you choose DELIVERY BY COURIER, i.e. by our contracted carrier, the SHIPPING PRICE will be specified only after the order is completed, as its amount depends on the weight of the shipment, the number of packages and the form of payment (according to the carrier's price list). If you choose the FORM OF PAYMENT BY CASH ON DELIVERY, the extra shipping fee will be added to the total shipping fee according to the carrier's price list.

PURCHASE AGREEMENT, i.e. the contract for the purchase of goods between the buyer and INDIMEX, s.r.o. is considered concluded if the selling party accepts the original order in full or if the buyer accepts any adjustments proposed by the selling party. The final agreement can be made by e-mail or by telephone. Information that the goods are ready for taking over personally in the case of choosing PERSONAL PICK-UP or that they have been handed over to our carrier for transportation in the case of choosing COURIER is usually sent by e-mail, unless otherwise agreed.

9. If you choose the COURIER method of transportation, we offer the following 3 forms of payment:

● PAYMENT ON DELIVERY by cash

● PAYMENT ON DELIVERY by credit card via the courier's POS terminal

● PAYMENT OF INVOICE TO ACCOUNT before shipping the goods

In the case of PAYMENT ON DELIVERY by credit card at the courier, the resulting amount is increased by 0.9% of the total amount according to the carrier's price list. If you decide to pay the shipment to the courier in cash, no additional fee will be charged.

If you choose the PAYMENT TO BANK ACCOUNT form of payment for your purchase before sending the shipment, we will send you the billing details for such a payment together with the invoice to your e-mail after the final completion of the shipment.

Every purchase via the e-shop with a total value of up to 300 EUR excluding VAT, combined with a request for delivery by courier, is automatically sent as PAYMENT ON DELIVERY - "payment by bank transfer" is not possible. We offer this form of payment only for orders with a value of goods of 300 EUR excluding VAT and more.

10. In all variants of delivery of your shipment by courier, the TAX DOCUMENT of the purchase will be part of the physical shipment, unless otherwise agreed. If the buyer has a special request not to include a tax document in the shipment, it is necessary to inform us about this directly in the order in the MESSAGES section.

11. If you prefer to shop in person at our store, it is available every working day and also on Saturdays during standard opening hours, which can be found at the footer of our website in the CONTACT section —► Wholesale warehouse / Showroom. During selected business seasons, the opening hours of our store may be adjusted or extended, as well as during holidays, our store may be closed. We usually inform about important changes of this kind on social networks and also directly on our website.

If you decide to make a personal purchase in our company showroom and at the same time have the opportunity to view our current offer on the Internet, do not hesitate and use the option to create an order via the e-shop with the PERSONAL COLLECTION delivery method. We recommend doing this especially for products that you already know or for which you require a larger than usual quantity (3 or more pieces). Our warehouse workers will be happy to prepare such goods for you 1-2 days in advance and your attention can then focus on products not included in the e-shop offer or on those for which you require consultation, control of design or quality of craftsmanship, etc. In the MESSAGE section of the order form, do not forget to indicate the estimated time of your pick-up the goods - this way you will ensure that the ordered goods will be waiting ready before the date of your personal visit.

12. The goods from the order are considered DELIVERED at the moment when the buyer or a person authorized by him takes over all parts of the shipment from our carrier or personally collects it from the showroom of INDIMEX, s.r.o.



These Terms and Conditions come into force and effect on August 1st, 2024.
